Delete your GoSarthik account

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time:

1. Open the GoSarthik app (customer) or GoSarthik Driver app.
2. Go to Account (customer) or Profile (driver).
3. Tap Delete my account at the bottom and confirm.

Deletion is refused while you have a booking in progress; finish or cancel it first.

What happens

Your login is disabled immediately, push notification tokens are deleted, and we stop all active processing — no more bookings, messages or notifications.

What is kept

We do not erase records. Your profile, booking, payment and payout records are retained for accounting and tax compliance as required by Indian law, and driver identity documents, selfie and intro video are kept for up to 5 years after closure for fraud prevention and lawful requests (see the Privacy Policy). Pending driver payouts are settled by our team.

No app access? Email contact@gosarthik.com from your registered number and we will close the account for you within 7 days.
